The role at a glance
60% operations, 40% client care, 100% remote, full-time. Overlap with Central European office hours is mandatory.
What you'll do every day
- Operational project management from signed contract to live campaign.
- Lead onboarding calls, send the first invoice, and set up client access.
- Make sure clients deliver all required materials in full.
- Quality control for ad copy and voiceovers.
- Incorporate client feedback and brief the creative team.
- Build landing pages, set up campaigns, confirm tracking and initial ad spend.
After launch
- Regular update calls on campaign results and next steps.
- Keep a close eye on client satisfaction.
- Spot at-risk clients early.
- Identify and close upsell opportunities.
What you need to bring
- Flawless German at native or C2 level.
- Strong English for internal collaboration.
- Operational discipline across 40+ clients in different project phases.
- Comfortable with tech and AI.
- An eye for quality, empathy, and backbone.
Compensation and application
Base salary: €2,000 per month. Revenue share: 5% on monthly additional revenue from existing clients, uncapped.
